Port ID

The Port ID indicates which "port" on a BACnet Router the associated Network Number is connected to.
Although not explicitly stated in the BACnet Standard the legal value for this parameter is 1 to 255
This can be derived due to the fact that in Initialize-Routing-Table and Initialize-Routing-Table-ACK the value is stored in a byte.
In addition, in the Initialize-Routing-Table message, when writing a new Port / Network Number combination, a Port ID of zero is used to delete the entry from the Routing Table.
